Xbox Elite Controler is crazy

Hello,

I try to register my crazy controler to have the Microsoft Support, but it did'nt work so i'm here to have help to contact them.

My controler need to be repair, it goes left in all the game by itself.

Ho ! i see what you want to mean! My actual controler is a replace unit, the first one had the same problem and cannot be register too by the way. But i don't have the previous ID Number anymore...

Just curious, have you bought it from a store (like Gamestop here in the States) or online through Microsoft? Because normally you can also take it back to where you purchased it, if it's a physical store. They may be able to replace it or refund it, or
some stores may be able to fix it, depending where you bought it.

Microsoft has a standard gamepad warranty of one year. Then it depends on your country. If you bought the driver from MS so it is more than one year, so the driver will not be able to register for repair. If you bought the driver through another store.
So the first year warranty applies to MS and repairs are handled via MS. Then it depends on your country.

I am from the Czech Republic and here we have a standard warranty for everything, 2 years.
