Xbox elite 2 triggers sticking left and right... An one more thing

Hi ive had my xbox elite 2 for a little over 5 Months or so and for the last mounth ive been having sticky triggers and take hours to correct with game play and if it isnt used with in a day the problem comes straight back...

allso the the botton plastic trigger padding on my elite for Adjusting the throw time has came of and has cut me a couple times due to triggers being fairly pointy the padding easily coming off.

i havent been able to get the proper support to fix the issue due to corna virus an sort of complicatied issue but hopefully trying a way to maybe remedy the situation
