Discus and support xbox elite 2 controller LB will not register in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my LB stopped working. i bought the warranty 2 years ago, i dont know where it is. is there anyway you can help me get a new controller? thanks...     You access the site above and register a new device using the serial number. you find behind your console.

    Then in MORE DETAILs, search to request repair, Start Online Service.

    To mail it to Microsoft.

    I would say yes. A lot of elite controllers (series 1 and 2) have several manifacturing problems, the most common are RB/LB malfunctioning and sticks.

    Return this please if its under warranty. DO not spend countless hours troubleshooting this. These controllers have always had issues. Yes there are lemons that were sold. Believe me i bought a lemon however when I returned it i received a gem and have
    never had any issue with it. So not all of them are lemons but if you do get a lemon return it.
