Xbox Elite 2 Controller Bluetooth Disconnects Frequently on PC

Hi! I attempted what you advised and noted that the service mentioned my controller is in warranty, and is eligible to be exchanged for a refurbished one. Why should I return my new controller in exchange for a refurbished one? Furthermore I need to incur the cost of courier? This is absurd. How can I get in touch with a Microsoft service person?

But I'm dealing with the exact same thing I have tried many many trouble shooting tips and have had no luck, It feels like it goes to sleep mode even thou I'm using it cause if I unplug and re plug it works for a bit LOL I really like the controller the weight the bumper the stick options........... BUT IT DOEST WORK why tease me and now im jumping threw hoops and getting no were sorry just venting hahahahahahah

I am playing Steam games, and recently Diablo 2 Resurrected, all of which encounters this disconnecting issue while my headset, and other controllers have no problems!

My elite 2 when connected to PC via bluetooth loses connection and I am also experiencing sudden frame rate drops which I do not see when playing it with wired or keyboard or mouse. I did not had any issues with Elite 1 which connected via a usb
dongle. I updated the controller and the bluetooth feature is broken. Anyone got it to work on PC via bluetooth without any issues?

exactly the same issue here, have no problem with using my xbox one s controller on PC, but lots of disconnections and frame rate drops with elite 2
