For now, you can also try power cycling your console. Turn off your console by holding the power button down until your Xbox turns off (Or about 10 seconds)

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Looks like you are unable to sign into Xbox.com. Have you tried using a different device to sign in? Also, would you mind typing out the error message you are getting? I am unable to translate the picture unfortunately.

Aside from that, I would try
updating your Password and your
Security Information.
