Xbox EA Access Issue - Glitch?

I was subscribed to EA Access, and I turned off recurring billing and never gave it another thought when my subscription date was due to expire. Several weeks later, I started a game through my dashboard and I got the "You have less than 9 hours left on
this trial" for the games that I had on EA Access. When I go into the EA Access app, it says I do not have a subscription (and the links to subscribe). When I logged onto my microsoft account via PC, I go to subscriptions and it says I do not have an
EA Access subscription, but I was billed for a month on 8/14/18 (which was after the date I turned off recurring billing). My subscription for EA Access on my microsoft account states that my subscription was expired on 8/15/18--which is one day after the
payment was made.

So, I was billed the $5 for the month when I wasn't supposed to be billed since I turned off recurring billing.

And I can still play my EA Access games that are previously downloaded, seemingly that my membership is still active.

Since I was billed on 8/14 for EA Access, I should still have the subscription valid until around 9/14/18. My account shows expired on 8/15/18, but I still have access to the 'trials' that are downloaded, but not to the EA Access App

What kind of problem is this? Did my account glitch?

Check out this support page for help with your EA Access subscription. Would be best for you to contact support on this issue so they can get everything squared away on your account and so you can start enjoying that EA Access subscription!

You would have kept EA Access until the end of the subscription even though you turned reoccurring payments off.
