Xbox E3 promo help

I was guided here by a Microsoft Rep after calling (xbox support first) in regards to the Mixpot. I watched the E3 keynote / unveiling of Xbox one x (Xbox) on Mixer and waited the amount of time given by the FAQ and still have not received any "code" to
my account / Xbox for the mixpot.

Preview Members Excluded from WWE 2K16 Promo?

Xbox Support on Twitter was zero help. Mike Ybarra didn't answer my question either. So... are preview members excluded from the WWE 2K16 free play? It shows $30 at the store. I was also unable to join in the free EA Access promo for E3. Is this going to
be the norm?

The Mixpot promotional items are still being sent out and applied to each account. It won't be a code you'll see, you'll just see the content appear in your Ready to Install section on the console.

Can you double check your Ready to Install section and let us know if you're seeing the content available there? You should see games like Rare Replay and Can't Hardly Wait.
