XBOX DVR records clips with sound out of sync

Sure enough, posting up another response, yes I am having the same problem.

Hi, for a long time now my Xbox picks and chooses which videos will have sound and which won't. I've tried resetting my Xbox and closing and opening the programme but nothing works. Is there a way that I can get sound?

Hey huzur,

Try clearing your "permanent storage" or something that sounds like it in the settings > Blue ray menu. Then unplug your whole device (remove the cable from the Xbox for a few min). Then try again, worked for me. Happens once in a while. The Xbox support
isn't helping anyone around here, I've had the problem for 9 months now and they copy/paste the same stuff over and over, just check the different pages. It isn't going to be solved anytime soon, trust me.

 

I'm having the same problem both on my XBOX and on my PC (using the XBOX app's Game DVR). All of my audio problems have only occurred on Rainbow Six Siege, both on XBOX and PC. All other games work fine.

 

I am having this issue all of a sudden. It's been great since I got it, some years back. Now all of a sudden I have sync issues with the audio like everyone else is saying. I'm trying to edit these videos to make content out of them and it's turned into
garbage. So did anyone come to a conclusion on a fix?

Looks like Microsoft doesn't care about their users or they could at least answer a single user here. I also have a PS4 and the game DVR works fine. Maybe I'll sell my XBoxOne and use only my PS4 for recording my gameplays. It's a shame!!

 

You know a fix for this...still happens to me! PLEASE I NEED HELP FOR THIS............
