XBOX DVR records clips with sound out of sync

I, too, am having chronic problems with the audio being out of sync with game clips. I've done all the things I've read about in the forums.

After getting the DVR to record clips, I can't get any sound out of it, tried the hard reset but only works for a little bit before it goes back to no sound again. Any help would be much appreciated.

My OS Version is 6.2.13326.0 (xbl_rel_1508.150810-2029), if that helps at all.

Sorry to hear about the DVR issue! Just to clarify, are you experiencing the DVR recording clips out of sync or with no audio? If it is with no audio, this is a different issue than what is described in this thread. If you are experiencing the DVR recording

I am also experiencing these dvr issues. Started about a week ago which was three weeks after purchase. Just checked a Madden clip from yesterday and it was out of sync. It's a shame because I was really enjoying editing clips with upload studio.

Sorry to hear about the issue! When you get a chance, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minute and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and try recording another clip to see if the issue continues to occur.

Since December 26, 2014 when I bought the console, I have had nothing but problems with the game DVR, now the audio/video synchronization is getting worse every time I use it. It cannot be my internet for I have a Open NAT Type and it has to be a software
issue that Microsoft is REFUSING to fix.

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to let everyone I got mine fixed. The fix: my internet. Even if you're on WiFi and your download is good, it isn't.

I bought an internet cable from my router to the Xbox One and I have no issues at all!

I have the same problem with my videos :/ every clip I've recorded is out of sync.
