XBOX DVR records clips with sound out of sync

I'm having this problem since I bought my console in february this year until today, sometimes the videos are recorded with normal audio and other with delayed sound or no sound at all. My OS Version: 6.2.13194.0 (xb_rel_1507.150702-2154)

All my game clips i record by saying xbox record that. The game sound is out of sync by 3-5 seconds

Hey XBL brothers. As the title says, I am having some issues with game DVR of XBOX ONE. The issue is when I want to record videos, it does without recording sound and when the sound actually gets recorded, it's out of sync. Really need some help. thanks

I've had this problem since I got the console on May 5th, but I returned the console 1 week ago and got a full brand new replacement and the issue is still here, so it can't be the console, can't it?

Also WARRRRRRRRRRR,

That is how mine is: sometimes the videos are recorded with normal audio and other with delayed sound or no sound at all.

I have that issue, I do the troubleshooting and sometimes it works, but when it is back to normal and you turn it off as I do when I'm no longer on the console, when I turn it back on it just starts to have issues again.

Please advice.

I also have this problem with my console alot of the time its mostly no sound at all rather than out of sync .. from what ive been experiencing when i hard reset it brings the sound back up on recordings but then i gota hard reset again for the sounds to
be in sync .. when i power down my console on INSTANT ON and leave the power on all night and day i can turn on the xbox and the videos are still in sync

Its when i turn the power off from the mains or use ENERGY SAVING MODE and turn the xbox back on everything is back to being out of sync or even no sound at all .. out of 5 of my friends who have xbox im the only box affected y this plague .. anyone got
any ideas?

My Game DVR will go from no sound, to out of sync sound then in sync sound and then repeat. I told CS about this and they wanted me to send in my Xbox for repair, which by the way I am strongly against sending a $500 device in the mail across the country.
He thought it was a "Hardware" issue, then I had to inform him that the Game DVR is a software program on the Xbox Hardrive (HDD). After the discussion in between he organized a request for the "higher management" to be informed of the issue after I told him
that it could be solved with a update. At this time I am currently at the end of the chat support and are about to close. Hopefully this is fixed within the rest of the year.
