Xbox DVR clips that were previously showing up aren't showing up anymore

    Xbox DVR clips that were previously showing up aren't showing up anymore


    I have some clips from not too long ago that I've recorded. I've seen them in the DVR before, but now they aren't even there anymore. I can see clips that are both newer and older than the clips I'm trying to find. I've also looked on every app/device possible
    to try and find it, but I can't. Is there a way to fix this so I can see my clips again?

    Game DVR clips not all showing up

    So initially for some reason, suddenly I wasn't able to view any of my clips on Game DVR on the xbox one. But when I went on my PC they showed up at Xbox.com. I went back to the xbox and went on to my profile, then captures. a lot of the clips were showing
    up but not all of them, none of the earlier clips were showing up. Then I went to manage clips and after 5 minutes of loading it showed a different amount of clips recorded, but still not all of them, (again not showing the earlier clips) eventually Game DVR
    clips loaded but again it showed a different amount of clips, but not the earlier ones. I switched between the options at the top (show clips on this xbox/xbox live) what was especially odd was that when I went to "show clips on this xbox" it only showed the
    clips I had recorded in the past 21 days. Rather than the clips up to Christmas of 2013.

    I have no idea whats wrong and it is very very frustrating.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Sorry for the delayed response, we wanted to make sure that we're following up with you. If you're not seeing the clips on your console and you didn't save them anywhere, then there wouldn't be any way to get those clips back. Were these clips that you saved
    to OneDrive?

    Sorry for the delayed response, we wanted to make sure that we're following up with you. If you're not seeing the clips on your console and you didn't save them anywhere, then there wouldn't be any way to get those clips back. Were these clips that you saved

    Why when I copy Xbox captures to external hard drive the captures aren't showing up afterwards?

    I plugged the external into my computer to see if those copied game clips and such showed up there. They DID show up in a separate folder named "copied game DVR " or something along those lines, so I copied those over to the regular game DVR folder with some recent test clips in them. But when I plugged it back into the Xbox, they still don't show up on the external.

    having the same issue where i record a clip on the xbox one and then dwonload them via the sahre section of the game dvr clips on the xbox app, but doesnt show up in the app after i download them. shows in the folder but not in the app.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that your Windows 10 computer is not saving clips, and the files that are being saved do not show your gameplay. Are you able to

    record game clips     by pressing the windows logo key+Alt+R? The article we provided contains instructions on how to record game clips. It also explains that for some PC games, Game Bar won't appear full screen. If this article does not resolve the issue,

    Thanks for the tip. This command does work, and it is saved every time. However, this starts and stops recording, which I will use. But I would also like if I was able to clip the last 30 seconds (my command is ctrl+alt+g), this is the one that isn't working
    properly.
