    Xbox DVR clips short


    Im on an xbox one x . Newest update as of aug 15 2018. When I take clips be it 30 seconds or 2 minutes they come out 5 seconds or shorted i have plenty of internal hdd space and external .

    error code 0x87c40156

    This Error Code means that you have to many Clips/Screenshots uploaded to Xbox Live and Xbox DVR fails to load them all, so you need to ether remove some Clips/Screenshots from Xbox Live (Those Clips/Screenshots will still be on your Console, just not on
    Xbox Live for anyone to see) and if that doesn't fix the DVR Error then you have to delete some Clips/Screenshots completely both from Console and Xbox Live to fix this DVR Error so Xbox DVR will be able to load your Clips/Screenshots about For Honor and other
    games.

    XBox One slow, need a solution

    My XBox One is really slow. The game DVR is slow and takes ages to record short clips. It takes at least 3 minutes to see a message on it. What surprises me is that it's new and should be really fast.

    Did anyone else have the same problem when the system was new?

    Hi! Have you tried performing a power cycle/hard reset? Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    If you take part in the insider program it's possibly a bug that gets fixed with an upcoming patch.

    As mentioned, this is mostly a bug caused by the update, I'm pretty sure they'll fix the issue within 48h or less.

    As mentioned, this is mostly a bug caused by the update, I'm pretty sure they'll fix the issue within 48h or less.

    Hi, you can use the xbox dvr but the length is short, if you want to record longer videos you'll need an external capture card. you can dowload the clips you record with the dvr with the xbox app on the pc or by uploading them on onedrive.
