Xbox DVR clips make my game look laggy

Do you happen to be apart of the Xbox Insider program?

Clips recording at 15 FPS or lower than the normal 30 FPS on the Xbox One Console is a known issue with some of the Xbox Insider build's and has been acknowledged by the developers and they are currently investigating the issue to provide a fix for the next
update to the Insider builds. This issue is not present on the current general public update build as far as I'm aware. At this time, the developers recommend submitting feedback on your Xbox. Hold the Xbox button until the power menu comes up. Then select Report a problem and submit your report on the issue.

This doesn't make any sense. Why would I need help with recording, when it is a share game clip issue? Why did you respond with something I clearly do not need. The clip already has been recorded, and trimmed. For the record, without any help from support,
I was able to find the solution to my problem.

This particular issue involves a bug of some sort with the recording process of the DVR causing lower FPS and the video to look laggy and not where the clips are saved so I'm not sure saving to an external drive will make a difference. However, I'd be happy

I don't this will make a difference until the Insider devs find a solution and provide it in the next update. You can always leave the program and unenroll your console to go back to the general public build where the issue does not seem to be presented.
