It's been a recent issue the past month or so...I have noticed the same thing with my Series X. I would need to double-check but I would say it coincided with one of the September Updates...the early September update had altered code when it comes to captures with the addition of the jump into the game on cloud from a shared capture feature so I suspect it's likely related to that

Hello again, games may be running on Seagate SSD, but it is still the system that runs and manages the Swap of the games on the internal disk the SSD only serves as storage.

I'm using a Series X and the recording is being done in the internal memory which is empty (only OS), all my games are played from external memory (SSD designed by seagate)
