    Hey everyone,

    For some reason my Xbox downstairs shows all the games on my account and username but my Xbox upstairs don't seem to be syncing my account correctly or something is not right.

    For example my Xbox downstairs will have games that are ready to install on my account, but upstairs one don't show them at all. Even on games that are installed on one of the consoles.

    Is there a better way to sync them or am I missing something?

    Game share not working

    My son's xbox is upstairs, my xbox is downstairs. I have made my xbox as his home so that i can make purchases on his xbox and have them on mine as well. I purchased xbox game pass on his xbox and it is not showing as an available membership on my xbox.
    Help?

    But got another xbox one upstairs

    How do I download free games on my console upstairs using my downstairs gold account

    Sorry to hear it. If I'm understanding correctly it sounds like your Ready to Install list is missing.

    If this is the case then sign in to your gamertag and head to My Games & Apps then scroll all the way right. When you're there press the Back and Start buttons at the same time to make the list appear. It may take a couple of tries before you're able to
    do it properly.

    Sorry to hear it. If I'm understanding correctly it sounds like your Ready to Install list is missing.

    If this is the case then sign in to your gamertag and head to My Games & Apps then scroll all the way right. When you're there press the Back and Start buttons at the same time to make the list appear. It may take a couple of tries before you're able to
    do it properly.

    I got a new xbox for the bedroom the other day and this started happening on my downstairs xbox just for fallout 4,

    I tried everything under the Sun console reset modem reset i.p. change.

    I found my fix go into system setting and change the name of your console I named ours the families surname rebooted and now syncing upstairs and downstairs.
