    Xbox downloads, Queue


    Recently something very strange is happening to my Xbox, a while ago when i turned off the Xbox and turned on the download was paused and it started again, but now the game simply disapear and when i go to my games he's in there but he's not starting and
    shows up a message saying to search the game in the store.

    The download wasn't completed but it shows like "completed" in my games.

    Can somebody help me figure out what's going on, please?

    FIFA 14 code redeemed but no download?

    The game will not start downloading automatically unless you redeemed the code on your xvox. Go to your download queue. Have a look at this link

    support.xbox.com/.../manage-download-queue     to see how to manage your queue

    Hi there,

    I’d recommend hard-restarting your console and force quitting your game, it you’re able to access it.

    If this doesn’t resolve the issue, you may have to cancel installation and try it again.

    Hey there Needed!

    Don't you worry about the spelling, we can understand it well and if you needed to spell in your native language we can always translate your thread.

    But, about your game downloads, you mentioned they stopped downloading then disappeared from your queue and appeared on your games list but you are still unable to launch them correct? Have you already attempted to

    Uninstall     then
    Reinstall     your games? If you still have not done this go ahead and give it a try and then try to launch them again.

    Give it a try and let us know if this has helped.

    At times if a patch goes wrong the game can get removed and you may need to download it again.
