Xbox Downloads Not Working

Hello, so every time I try and download a game today the download is stuck on pending for about 15 minutes, then it just stops its self and tells me something went wrong. This problem is happening for every game I try and install today, and is ultimately
resulting in the Xbox telling me that there is an error, then telling me to enter the error code 0x0 at Xbox/errorsupport. Anyone have any idea what's going on or whether this problem is universal?

If those steps do not help, can you please upload a photo to this thread of your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as they show on your Xbox One console?

Additionally, are you seeing any specific error messages when you try to install these games and do you own them on disc or digitally?

 

Xbox download not working

hi im new to gaming and have an Xbox one ive been trying to download a few games I bought in the online store and it won't do it. it starts downloading then stops like it's frozen ive tried cancelling it pausing it picking another game to jump the queue.
I've turn Wi-Fi off console and that gets rid of the download from my queue but if i try to download any game or game update it dies the same thing again. I have no idea what to do in starting to feel a little pissed ive spent alot to get what I wanted got
all memberships and now i can only play games ive already downloaded but i cant update them. any help please

Try these steps.

1. Uninstall the game first and then remove your gamer tag from the xbox ( Make sure you know your login credentials before you remove it.)

2. Settings>All Settings> System>Storage> Clear Local Saved Games ( Don't worry, its not going to erase your game progress. Everything is stored in the cloud and will sync when you start the game up again.).

3. When the console comes back on download your gamertag again and then try downloading your game as well.
