Xbox downloaded game on pc wont work. Battleeye Failure code (4,500000d8)

i redeemed an xbox gift code on microsoft, i redeemed it sucessfully but it wouldn't download.

I have tried to fix the problem but made it worse as now i can't see it download and i can't find it on my PC anymore. I tried to redeem it again and it wont let me.

What is the game? Also was the code for the Xbox or PC version of the game. Asking because redeeming a code for the Xbox version of a game wont necessarily give you the PC version unless the game is a play anywhere title.

it was downloaded into System (C>XboxGames i havent tried to move it.

would an antivirus/firewall not allow me to play? when i launch the game itll prompt me to install/allow Destiny's anticheat BattleEye to install and do its thing. once its finished and complete the next pop up is this error code.

Unable to join a friends sever due to battleeye not tunning correctly through your client, The PC pass said it was fully functional, IF the version on your pass are limited it should be listed somewhere....
