    I’m currently trying to download the update for call of duty mw and my wifi is so slow it will literally take more than a day to download. I’d also like to add i’m already using ethernet. I try to test my wifi on xbox through the settings and i usually
    get a 300 mbps download speed which makes me think i could download at that speed, but I can’t, it only downloads at the highest 20 mbps and it’s only for about a second. I leave all games and apps closed. I tried to change dns setting and all that in the
    advanced settings. Nothing works. So to sum it up, when i test my network speed/download speed i get more than 300 mbps but when i try to download anything it takes days. Any help?????

    I don't think it matters. Microsoft obviously didn't design the xbox 360 or xbox one with download speed in mind. Been downloading for a hour an a half and only 66% complete...Been asking for an update to boost download speed since last September, when
    Destiny was first released, but no that didn't happen. If Microsoft reads this, we hate waiting 3 hours to play a game. Get move on an update for quicker download speeds.

    Download Speeds does take certain factors including your internet download speed as well as when you are downloading it. If alot of people are downloading the update at the same time it will hinder the speed of download.

    Just a bit more information, as I was typing out my Original post I was also downloading a 1410 Preview update on my Xbox One.

    While the update was downloading I ran a speedtest at www.speedtest.net. It showed my ping at around 245ms with download speeds at 2.5mbps upload speeds at 0.80mbps.

    Now that the update has finished downloading my ping is now back to 19ms. Download is back to 16.25mbps and upload is back to 1.25 mbps. Yes I have crappy speeds, but I have NEVER had this problem with Xbox Live.
