    Xbox download slower than Download Queue shows


    When downloading any game or app, when watching the download from the Download Queue, my xbox indicates the download is running at anywhere from 30Mbps to 100Mbps, yet when watching the data downloaded/data remaining amounts, it only moves at up to 15Mbps, causing my downloads to effectively be capped at that amount no matter how high the download speed actually shows. Why am I not downloading as fast as the console states I am?

    no, let me clarify a bit. they show up on my purchased history, but on my download queue, only 2 of the 5 show in the download queue. the other three dont show up and they have not been downloaded. I tried to redownload to see if they go to the queue, but

    Unfortunately everyone is in the same boat. Downloading from the Microsoft servers seems to be slower on your Xbox than if you download software from a different place.

    Generally Xbox live will run slower than your actual connection speeds. There's really no way to get around this unfortunately. If you're seeing a very large difference in your actual internet speeds. It's best for you to use the

    Report a problem     tool provided threw the Xbox insider Hub app on your console.

    I know the issue you're talking about. I always see a lot slower speeds than what I actual have provided for my network connection as well.
