Xbox download profile not working

i cant dowload my profile onto my xbox 360 i deleted it but cant remember my email or password if there is anything you can do please do help. And i heard you can sign in using your gamertag but its not working. This is a new account i made but im trying
to find aswers to my other account with xbox live gold.

Problem

If you get this message and status code, it could mean one of these things:

• Some Xbox Live features are not available because of system maintenance or a temporary Xbox Live issue.
  
• You can't access some Xbox Live features because of a network configuration issue.
  
• There might be a problem with your credit card. For example, your billing information might be incorrect, or your credit card might have expired.
  

Solutions

Solution 1: Check for Xbox Live service alerts or test

To make sure there are no problems with the Xbox Live service, check the
Service status page.

If there are no service alerts, there might be a problem with your connection. Try the next solution.

Solution 2: Test your connection

Test the Xbox Live connection on your Xbox 360 console:

1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
2. Go to Settings and then System Settings.
3. Select Network Settings.
4. Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network, if you are prompted.
   
5. Select Test Xbox Live Connection.
6. Do one of the following:

• If the test fails and you can't connect to Xbox Live, see
  Xbox Live connection problems.
• If the Xbox Live service is available, try the next solution.
• If there is an Xbox Live service alert, try again later when the Xbox Live service is available.
  

If you still get the error, try the next solution.

Solution 3: Open network ports

If you have a firewall or are connected to a workplace or school network, you might need to open network ports for your Xbox 360 console to communicate with Xbox Live. See

If you still get the error, try the next solution.

Solution 4: Delete your gamertag and clear your cache

1. Unplug any accessories attached to your console, such as a headset, the Xbox 360 Chatpad, or the Kinect Sensor.
   
2. Delete your profile. For more information, see
   Download, move, or delete your Xbox 360 profile.
3. Clear your system cache twice. See
   How to clear your Xbox 360 system cache.
4. Recover your gamertag. See
   Download, move, or delete your Xbox Live profile.
5. Restart your console.

If you still get the error, try the next solution.

Solution 5: Check your billing address and payment option expiration date

Make sure that the billing address for your Xbox Live account matches the billing address used by your credit card company. Also, make sure that your card’s expiration date has not passed.

Solution 6: Change your payment option

If you think there might be a problem with the payment option that’s associated with your account, you can change the payment option that you use. See

If the previous solutions didn’t resolve the problem, contact Xbox Support by using the “Assistance” section at the bottom of this page.

 

xbox 360 Profil download not working

Hi there,

please double check if there are any corrupted files/profiles on the console where usually the profiles are located if so please delete those.

After that try the following steps:

1. Check account.live.com/.../manage to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified. A phone number and alternate email would be best

2. Delete your profile from the console if still present, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:

4. Turn the console off.

5. Turn the console on.

6. Clear the console cache one more time

7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.)
