Xbox download is not appearing

    Xbox download is not appearing


    Hi.

    I bought a game via online (digital key) and received the relevant. I entered the code on my Microsoft account online and expected this to appear on my download list on the Xbox and install 'as usual'.

    However, the game has not been donwloaded and does not appear on the download queue....?

    Other games have updated without issue since the original purchase/code being entered so I do not believe there is a network issue but happy to be corrected!!

    I did also send a message while logged into my account to MS Support but have not revceived any reply (posted over 3 weeks ago....!).

    Any help gratefully received!!

    As I understand it in the store in xbox one appears seed a dlc? The others you purchased does not appear? And if it appears there is how to buy or available for download?

    Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com

    I am also having problems when downloading Xbox 360 games with Gold for Xbox One. I have a valid payment on file. I click download and a message appears saying this game will appear on your Xbox 360. It does not appear on my Xbox One in my games waiting
    to be installed. Can someone please help. I have also spoken to an agent on Xbox live chat and followed the instructions to the letter and still cannot download Xbox 360 games.

    So the best is to contact Xbox Support use the Phone or Microsoft Support Chat option at
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us they are the only ones that can access your biling

    Apps Not Appearing for Downloading

    Hello,

    I'm in Oz too and have used those apps. It would be best for us to check your regional settings - as these are country specific apps.

    On 360 - on the SETTINGS page select PROFILE > SETTINGS > EDIT PROFILE > LOCATION. Ensure this is set to Australia.

    Online - when you log in & go to MY ACCOUNT is Australia in the bottom left hand corner of the screen? If it doesn't take you directly to Australia as default then your profile may be in the wrong region. If it is a different region click on it and select
    Australia.

    If you think it is set wrong when you originally set the account up you can migrate the account to Australia -

    support.xbox.com/.../change-region
