Discus and support Xbox down in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Xbox one started doing some strange things and it sounded like my disc was wabbling around while it was being read .     Xbox one started doing some strange things and it sounded like my disc was wabbling around while it was being read . That went on for a few days during startups , now im getting nothing - blank screen like the box isnt even on . Power pack seems ok and
    the in/ out carraige works but thzts it . Any suggestions ?

    If you check this link it will give you real time updates on the status of all Xbox services.

    Currently, nothing is down for Xbox One. What kinds of issues are you having when you try to sign in? What does it say? If it gives an error code, post it sdo we can better help you.

    Thanks for the direction Felix . I'll do that and let you know how i made out . It takes me a while to peck at the keyboard and if they give me a phone # to call tyem it would help .

    i type about 2 words a miniute so theyll fall asleep before i can explain whats wrong with it . Thank you

    Sorry you're upset. However the majority of the Live issues have been resolved. You should be able to get back online to play your games.

    No worries Kevin. Take your time. Type out to the "chat agent" that you would like to request a call back from an over-the-phone Support agent.

    They'll get you all set up.
