    There is a service issue at the moment regarding the issue your having.A fix is being worked on so it will be sorted out.

    Can anyone breif me maybe a ambassador on why notification messages havent poppes up regarding inbox and outbox and freinds list deleting im in Colorado and this has kinda happend to other friends help me out please

    Sorry you're upset. However the majority of the Live issues have been resolved. You should be able to get back online to play your games.

    It doesn't look like they have been resolved. Plenty of people are still unable to login (even after a router reboot) getting the error code 0x87DD0019

    It is still down. Can someone tell me why I cannot get back online now. I got back on earlier and now I cannot login. I came from my xbox 360 to the one within 10 seconds and all of sudden no sign in available. This is ridiculous.

    I just checked mine and cant sign in, the service alert is back so it looks like the problem is back.

    Why can't you even play games?? It keeps telling me I have to download the game (NBA 2K15) repeatedly, tells me that it's ready to launch then it crashes and burns. WTF?? Can't play offline games just because there are LIVE issues?? You pay premium prices
    for the unit and the games and this is what you get? Come on, Microsoft. Christmas is the 25th of December every freaking year. Why aren't you prepared for this kind of traffic??

    I have glitchy gaming going on. I had to go offline to login then come back online and that works half the time and it shows me signed in online and when I start playing a game it says im not who I say I am. We better be getting legit compensation for this

    Currently, nothing is down for Xbox One. What kinds of issues are you having when you try to sign in? What does it say? If it gives an error code, post it sdo we can better help you.

    Thanks for the direction Felix . I'll do that and let you know how i made out . It takes me a while to peck at the keyboard and if they give me a phone # to call tyem it would help .

    i type about 2 words a miniute so theyll fall asleep before i can explain whats wrong with it . Thank you

    They'll get you all set up.
