    XBOX DOWN flashes on then off again


    have tried just about all I can gather over the internet, new power brick reseting the power brick orange light flashes real pain in the **** xbox get your stuff together.. should last more than 2 half years just after my warranty runs out typical sigh........

    Xbox one powers on then off again

    Same problem. I had mine for all of 3 days and then it conked on me. Looked everywhere online, tried all the troubleshooting....nada. Put in for the advanced exchange this afternoon. I like Xbox, but sadly this isn't the first issue I've had with the brand...
    had to replace my original, had 4 360's (4!!!), and now it's looking like I'm going onto my second ONE. It's annoying but if MS do the right thing by me and take care of it properly I'll stay loyal.

    Xbox one powers on then off again

    Hi All.

    Not happy at all!!!! My new Xbox one that is not even a calendar month old, powers on then powers off again. I've been on the phone to customer support on and off for 3 days now with no solutions offering a permanent fix.

    Tried so far:

    • Unplug power cable and kinect plug power back in then power on once on plug kinect back. This works but obviously it’s not a permanent solution.
    • Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool. This seemed to work but once my Xbox was off for more than a few hours I experienced the same issue.
    Still to try:



    • Factory reset
    Can anyone one shed some light on this issue and recommended a possible fix? So far MS have offered the below.

    They presented me with 2 options send it off for a repair with a 10 day turn around or give us £391 to hold and we’ll send you a new one within 3 days then release your deposit when we receive your Xbox!!!! Really MS that’s the best you can offer a loyal
    Xbox fan of some 8 odd years who’s already spent £420 on an Xbox that’s not even a month old? So not impressed!!!

    Any help or advice offered would be greatly appreciated.

    Broken sync functionality on Xbox One X?

    Hi,

    If the Xbox power button on the console isn't flashing then you should fully shut down the console by holding the power button down until the unit goes off. Wait about 10 seconds, power back on and try syncing again.

    Mine did the same thing. It wouldn't sync because the power button wasn't flashing.

    I have **** down the xbox one, plugged in the controller with no batteries, it immediately started flashing again, without the xbox being on, and it wil not turn on if im holding the controller home button.

    Xbox controllers won’t connect to start forced update

    I somehow fixed it by holding down the power button as long as I could and then turning it back on. For some reason it booted to the green flashing xbox one screen and my controller connected during that before the update screen popped up again. Im not sure
    why or how because ive turned the xbox on and off before to no avail. Never have held it down like that however.

    Xbox One Losing Connection to Wireless Network

    This has also been happening to me.

    Definitely interested in other peoples solutions.

    Semi-regularly the Xbox loses wifi network connection and refuses to reconnect.

    When this happens and I turn the console off it won't turn off the tv and the light on the front of the Xbox One doesn't stop flashing.

    It seems to hang and doesn't finish it's shut down procedure.

    The only solution so far has been removing the power. Waiting. And then plugging it in again.

    Full reset is where everything is cleaned off the xbox. I believe i did format the flash drive to NTFS. I can try it again.
