Discus and support Xbox don't turn on after xbox logo screen. in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I'm on Xbox Alpha Skip Ahead and it seems like the Xbox don't turn on after the latest update.     Xbox don't turn on after xbox logo screen.


    I'm on Xbox Alpha Skip Ahead and it seems like the Xbox don't turn on after the latest update. I've tried to reboot it, to unplug it for 10s but nothing work.

    Maybe I'll send it to Microsoft unless you know the solution

    Touch and hold the XBOX logo on your console for 10 seconds, even after it turns off. Then turn it back on, should show a the XBOX in a green screen. Hope this helps HAPPY GAMING!

    Thanks for the reply but I haven't used it for a week and just today I wanted to play but it turns off on the xbox logo green screen, just right after the 4k intro.

    Still haven't received the new system update!

    When I turn on the One I get the usual green screen but after that I get a long black screen and the the Xbox logo shows up right in the centre of the black screen. It's almost as if it tries but fails to grab the update. Also, unfortunately, I only have
