    i cant send any messages at all

    when ever i send any messages to any person it says to me that the message cannot be send and till now i dont know the reason i thought its bcz i dont have xbox live and then i asked my friend he told me i cant send any messages too

    pls help

    Promotions like that are sent at random and to different accounts for different reasons. There's no way to know why one account receives one and another doesn't.
