xbox dont launch/download games

This error code appears when i try to launch sea of thieves, and said me after this code than i'm not connected to the xbox live,

The same error code appears when i launch xbox companion

I take the game passe like today earlier in the day,

However, when i try to launch Grounded the game launch and said " we meet an problem on the launch"

For this 2 games i dont played it since a long time and i dont have any update who's launching,

And when i try to download new game like Humankind, its just said " error" and dont launch the download,

I think its like a problem of update on my windows story or something like this cause no game gots update and i cant download new ones,

Maybe there is a button like " force update of windows store" or something like this

I spent a lot on tables on both 360 and Xbox One, but I dont care about the money. I fritter away money all the time on games and dlc. Spent well over a grand on 40 odd games all digital downloads as well and dlc on Xbox One since not launch not including
the console of course. A new 3D Smart TV and Soundbar before launch. LG 42LA690V and LG NB4530 soundbar with wireless sub. Wicked setup. I went to town before and after launch. Bought and downloaded 12 launch games in like 3 days. Queque them all
up downloaded through the night as I slept. Best console I ever bought.

Still nothing, the games either dont launch, launch and then freeze or says game took too long to start.

Even booting it up it stand on the green xbox screen for literally minutes

You dont have a date for the launch of AC 6 though? When it will be downloadable? I only pre ordered to get the Ace Combat 6 backwards compatible download.

Ive got the accounts right, tried to launch both games on both apps but nothing changed.

edit: tried launching a different game (minecraft) from the xbox app and it works, but fh5 and sot still dont. weird.
