    Xbox doing many strange things


    I bought the xbox for my kids for christmas. The original One not S. Got it new directly from Microsoft. It frequently freezes but we have been working around that. It frequently kicks my son out of his party and won't let him rejoin or invite people. Today
    when he was playing Minecraft it kicked him out and it would not let us navigate away from the store. If I got it to scroll over as far as home it would just send us right back to the store. We restarted and had the same problem. Finally I shut it right down
    and cut all power to it for 5 minutes. It seems to be working again so far. Are all these issues normal or do we have a lemon?

    Sorry to hear about the TV tuner issues. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issues sorted.

    Please give the following steps a try:



    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
    • Power on your console.
    • On your Xbox One controller, press the menu button and select Settings.
    • In the Settings menu, select TV & OneGuide.
    • Select Troubleshooting and then select Reset TV settings.
    • Set up OneGuide again and check to see if the issue continues to occur.

    Well the order of channel isn't correct. I have a 501 channel after the 656.. Microsoft should insert the chance to auto correct the order and auto update the channels..

    Try carry out a hard reset on the console an this should hopefully resolve your issues.

    Same thing for me, I cannot see some channels that in "normal" mode i can see without troubles. The strange thing is that after the channell research i can see the Lost channels in the list At the start, but they dissppearing after that. If i try to force
    the view changing the dvbt area i can find the Channel but when i click to view it the console returns to setup
