    Hi, i've playin' my xbox and i have a problem, i can't unlock achievements, i mean, i do the step to get it, but it doesn't unlock, i tried with other profile and still blocked, somebody have any solution? Thanks for read

    Hey there,

    Sorry to hear about the achievement issue. If you're noticing that no achievements are unlocking at all, try a

    Factory Restore on your Xbox One console     and give it another shot. Be sure to select 'Reset and keep my games & apps'!

    Hey there AuxiliaryALEX,

    Sorry to hear about any issues unlocking Achievements. We do have a FAQ/Troubleshooting guide

    HERE     that can assist with these problems. Make sure when you try the steps you give it the full 72 hours to resolve, before you move on to Step 3 which is the Survey.
