Xbox doesn't turn on

Hello, I bought an Xbox One a few years back, and recently the power brick fizzled out, so I bought a new one, but the problem is that when I turn on the xbox, it immediately shuts back off. Yes, everything is plugged in, and it's a new power brick. No, I cannot troubleshoot it because I can't turn the damn thing on, and I have a disc inside it which, who would've guessed it, won't pop out cuz the xbox won't power on to actually eject it. Can anyone offer any solutions?

Hi Mohammed, thanks for your suggestions, but I've went through them all and my consoles STILL refuses to turn on. And though I appreciate the link to services, unfortunately because of the Series X, my console's not gonna be fixed...

Thank you for trying to give a solution, however, nothing worked, and now I can't even service it

If your Xbox console won't turn on, your power supply may be faulty or improperly connected!

It may simply need a power reset. Often, power issues are due to the power supply resetting after a power surge.

To reset the internal power supply, follow these steps:

Unplug the power cord from the console.
Wait 10 seconds.
Plug the cord back into the console, and then press the Xbox button  on the front of the console.

If the issue persists, here are some points to check:

Check that the wall outlet you’re using is working with other devices.
Check that the power cable is firmly connected to the wall outlet and to your console.
Ensure that you're using the power cable that came with your console, and that it's the correct cable for your region.

If your console still will not turn on, it needs to be serviced. To request service, sign in to Microsoft account | Devices with your Microsoft account and submit a service order.

It should have all steps available up to setting up a repair request.

Leaving it unplugged longer really wouldn't have made a difference, as all the "power" leaves within a minute or two.

Anyways, sometimes things do just simply break and there isn't a fix for it besides replacement
