Xbox doesn't start anymore

When I press association + ejection and then the XBox button, the Xbox button lights up, but I don't see anything on the screen

Hi you may want to try an offline update using a USB flash drive. Here are the steps needed to do that

Otherwise you may have to do as Parity suggested and send it in for servicing

:

1. Unplug the power cord from the console.

1. Wait 10 seconds.
2. Plug the cord back into the console, and then press the Xbox button on the front of the console.

If the console turns on, the internal power reset worked. Do this step in the future if the problem happens again.

If the console still doesn't turn on, try the following:

• Check that the wall outlet you are using is working with other devices.
• Check that the power cable is firmly connected to the wall outlet and to your console.
• Ensure that you're using the power cable that came with your console, and that it's the correct cable for your region.
• If your console still will not turn on, it will need to be serviced. To request service, sign in to the Device Support page with your Microsoft account credentials and submit
  a service order.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend trying a
factory reset. You can follow this guide to step 4 to see if you can pull up the troubleshoot menu.

1. Choose the right picture update console offline
2. Choose Xbox on S, X, or digital version.
3. select continue.
4. If able to pull up the troubleshoot menu then select reset this xbox. Then reset and keep my games and apps.

If this doesn't work then we recommend the offline update.
