    Xbox doesnt start any games or apps


    I updated my console some days ago and since then i cant switch any apps or games wihtout to restart my console 20 times in a row.

    example. i play dark souls, want to quit it and play something else...
    i suspend dark souls and start something else "error msg" xbox couldnt start app/game try it again in 60 sec. *waiting* still the same error. *restarts console* works
    leaving the new game want to play somehting else *error msg* *restart* works

    Well, normaly i just use the button on my start menu, but starting from there or the xbox app doesnt change anything. I do have the game installed via the xbox app if that is usefull.

    I can install games that dont open the xbox app like candy crush, but some links refer me to the xbox app and even starting downloads from there fails. When it starts preparing/downloading from xbox app, the windows store continues saying "install from xbox app" and doesnt give the stop square button like other apps.

    try uninstalling the netflix app and see if any other app starts up on its own, if it doesnt then try installing it again and see if the issue comes back.

    So you haven't had any problems with connecting your Xbox to your PC, but whenever you click to start the stream, the app crashes? Have you tried redownloading the Xbox App and restarting your computer?
