    Xbox doesnt show as device anymore.


    Hi. I've always casted youtube videos and music from my phone, but starting about a month or so ago my xbox stopped showing as a device to cast to. I made sure my phone and xbox are on the same wifi connection and that my phones bluetooth is on but no luck. I've tried reseting the xbox, resetting wifi, logging out and back into YouTube account but still no luck. If you could help it would be greatly appreciated.

    We understand that you are trying to cast YouTube to Xbox and is unable to because Xbox was detected. Let us check on this together so you will get back to gaming.

    As per your description, you have performed troubleshooting and make sure the devices are connected however, the issue still persist. Can we ask for you to perform this steps below in order?

    1. Power cycle Xbox console - How to restart or power cycle your Xbox console.
    2. Update devices to latest version.
    3. Restart devices.
    4. Uninstall or update YouTube applications.
    5. Check if Xbox will be found. If not kindly add Xbox manually if possible.

    Only Demo mode available after migrating to microsoft account

    I tryed what was suggested, went to account devices, it show my PC, I tryed removing it , and now i cant add it again. On register device it only shows register surface or xbox, either of which i dont have, it doesnt show my Pc at all. At device manager it shows that i used my desktop, but on add devices it doesnt show that as option to add.
