Xbox doesn't see PC - Please help!!

Hello, I don't know what else to try so any ideas are greatly appreciated.

I'm running Windows 8.1 and have an xbox360. I used to be able to connect to my pc through the xbox and play music, watch movies etc. Now the xbox can't find the PC. Previoulsy I just connect directly to the pc, I didn't use Windows Media Center or Zune
or any programs.

I've tried turning off the firewall completely (Norton) as well as windows firewall and no luck. Tried switching UPnP to automatic and no luck.

The xbox is hard wired into my router and my pc is wireless. Media sharing is enabled and xbox shows up on my homegroup on the pc and is "allowed" for sharing. For some reason the xbox just can't find the pc anymore.

Could anyone help?

Forza Horizon 3 NOT WORKING

I want to play Forza Horizon 3 on my PC, I redeemed my code for the game, but it doesn't work.
I can see it in my Xbox Live games but i can't do anything with it and i don't know where I can download or install it. It doesn't show up on my PC. Please help me.

Xbox App doesn't see my Xbox one

Hi everybody,

version of my xbox app is 15.17.3003.0000 (actual). My PC and Xbox one are in the same subnet mask. I can connect via smartglass app on my phone with android, but on the PC, my Xbox app doesn't see Xbox. Typing IP directly doesn't help.

Xbox app also doesn't show xobo one games, only xbox 360....

Any ideas where can be problem?

Sorry to hear it. Please try restarting your pc to see if that helps. If it doesn't then it may be the 3.5 mm jack on the controller. You could try sending it in for repairs or see if an Xbox Headset Adapter will work

please try restarting the PC, you can do this via for example ctrl+shift+del and choose the restart option to see if that helps anything.

If that doesn't help and if possible please provide a screenshot with the issue, make sure not personal information is shown on the screenshot.

please try uninstalling the game, restarting the PC/Device and install the game again to see if that helps.

it seems to be a known issue and they are working on it.

The message that says reports are not being looked into are sent in error. The enforcement team investigate every report they get, which is in the thousands every day, and as I said will be checked and action on the accounts will be taken if they find anything you say he has done.
