    Xbox doesn't restart


    during the system update the console firstly download the update, verify and then install, between the verification and installation the console restart, but my console is turning off and whein turn it on again i need to download the update again and never
    finish the update process, offline update is working but there's always an update even after the offline update

    I tried the offline update and it works but after the offline update my xbox request another update with 833 MB and the problem stills, offline update is working but it isn't enought there's always something to update and the question is that "Why" my
    xbox doens't reset? it's just turn off I don't uderstand whatss happend

    my xbox is the first one, and I tried both methods, wifi and hardwire, when the console needs to restart it's just turn off

    If available can you try and do an offline update. you will need a memory stick and a computer.

    Is your Xbox a newer one or an older one? and are you updating the Xbox over wifi or through a hardwired connection?
