Xbox doesn’t read my right analog sticks.

I was playing Borderlands 2, yesteday morning. My right analog stops working. I cant turn, cant navigate Xbox dashbord. I go to comfigure my comtroller. And it shows im moving my Right stick, in a direction. This is the white new gen X/S controller I got a month ago. I recommect my old black comtroller. Still tje right analog doesnt read. I grab my Gray comtroller I use on my PC. And it doesnt read the right stick. I have A One X. Ive hard reset it, tried updating every controller, turned magnifier on, and off. Nothing. My Xbox jist wokt read the Right sticks movement. On sny of my controllers.

I connected the White, and Black controller, to my PC. And the sticks read there.

The next step will be for you to try and use the headset on different controllers and consoles to confirm it is not an issue with the headset itself.

In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

The last option would be for you to try and request a replacement for your controller from the microsoft website online.

I do have an issue with my left analog stick. Sometimes it doesn’t got UP. It seems like a delay in the analog when it goes UP. Could it be the sensor that needs cleaning or the ananlog?

i am having the same issue on my controller but with the right analog stick

My left analog stick is looser than the right stick. I noticed that a couple of days ago. Figured it was because of COD. On my PS3 I went through 3 controllers with the left analog stick having issues. I had an issue with the controller on my 360 as well;
left analog stick. So it might be an issue not sure. I'll probably just buy another controller when they come out in different colors and go from there with it unless it gets worse.
