Xbox doesnt open normally?

I recently bought an xbox, but when I turn it on I get the normal "Xbox One" Startup screen. After that, I get a picture of an xbox in the background with an xbox controller in the foreground, with a green circle bouncing on the "A" button, then it cycles
over to the "Home" button. Why is this, and how can I trouble shoot? I have a wired controller.

This is the initial startup setup process. Just follow the prompts indicated on the screen to finish the setup of your console.

Hello do any of you fellow gamers have a PDP controller im having some issues opening the back of it and it doesnt take a normal t9-torx security screwdriver.

this is not bad if your xbox doesnt make a noise when you open and close the tray thats normal are your expecting some sort of ding ? also turning on and off the xbox as i know of the regular slims dont really make noises its only the special editions
that have special sounds when turning on or off

Its not the 'Recon Hybrid Game Controller' , My controller is the Turtle Beach Recon Controller and whenever I plug it in it doesnt detect it on XBOX cloud gaming. My controller works on normal games but it doesnt detect on Xbox cloud gaming .

It normally doesnt take too long for the gamertag to switch but it can. If it doesnt switch after 24 hours Id contact support
