I understand your concern. Can you please let me know on what device are you playing Xbox Cloud Gaming? Are you able to play other cloud games right now? If possible, please do try using a different network connection to check if the error will persist. Hotspot is okay.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Xbox crashing when you try to play certain games.

Make sure that your Xbox is up to date with the latest system updates.

Check to see if there are any updates available for the games that are crashing.

Make sure that your Xbox has enough storage space available. If the hard drive is full, it can cause issues with games.

Try clearing the cache on your Xbox. This can help resolve issues with corrupted data.

Make sure that all of your cables and connections are secure. Loose connections can cause issues with the Xbox.

Open Ports/Port Forwarding

1. go into your router settings. I connect an ethernet cable to my laptop or desktop and the other end goes into the

router, into slot 1,2,3, or 4, doesn't matter which one.

2. open up your browser and type your ip address into the address bar, like it was a regular website. to find your

ip address you can go to start>run> type "ipconfig" without the quotation marks, and hit enter. the number usually

looks like 192.168.something something something. OR you can do an internet search, search for "your router's brand

+ model number + log in.

3. once you find the number, type it into your browser and go to it. a page should pop up asking you for a username

and password. every router is different but USUALLY you leave the user field blank, and type "admin" as the

password, if that doesnt work then do an internet search for it like before.

4. when you finally get in there find where it says port forwarding or port something. it'll say something like

"port BLANK" to "port BLANK", and lets you pick UDP or TCP.

port 88 (UDP)

port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

port 53 (UDP and TCP)

port 80 (TCP)

port 1863 (UDP and TCP) <for video kinect chat

some are UDP and some are TCP. i just do UDP and TCP for all of them, whatever.

if there's an option for UPnP (universal plug n play), enable it. do everything you've read so far and the stuff i

say next, try to play an online game, if it doesnt work then try disabling it. remember to SAVE all the changes you

make.

Modem Firewall

1. go into your modem settings. the modem is the box that looks like the router but has your cable wire going into

it, or whatever kind of internet you use. do step 1 and 2 above except the numbers are a little different. find out

your modem address and login, type it in, log into it.

2. open up the same ports if you can, and do the UPnP thing too.

3. go into the firewall settings. DISABLE the firewall, and allow anything that's not allowed in that screen. just

make sure you set up a firewall and all that **** on your laptop/desktop just in case. to do that you go into

control panel>internet options. or do a search to figure out how to do it, chances are you already have one set up

but just in case.

4. make sure you save all your changes.

if your xbox was on, turn it off and back on again, just in case so you dont have to do it twice. try to play an

online game. if it still doesnt work try disabling or enabling your UPnP on your router and/or modem. there's only a

few combinations

you might want to try disabling the firewall on your router as well.

i've same issue too, i've buy gamepass and i cant download anything. My money go for nothing...
