Xbox doesn't give me achievements

We understand that you're having trouble with your Xbox achievements. Let's see if we can get this sorted out for you.



Firstly, it's important to note that achievements can sometimes take a little while to register, so it's possible that there is just a delay in the system. However, if you're still having issues after waiting a reasonable amount of time, there are a few things you can try.



One thing you can do is to try clearing your Xbox cache. This can sometimes help with issues like this. To do this, follow these steps:



1. Press and hold the power button on your Xbox until it turns off completely.

2. Unplug the power cable from the back of the Xbox.

3. Wait for at least 10 seconds.

4. Plug the power cable back in and turn on your Xbox.



Another thing you can try is to uninstall and reinstall the game. This can sometimes help with issues related to achievements not registering properly. To do this, follow these steps:



1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

2. Select "My games & apps".

3. Highlight the game you want to uninstall and press the Menu button on your controller.

4. Select "Uninstall".

5. Once the game is uninstalled, go to the Microsoft Store and reinstall the game.

I'll still carry on with my main save and hope the achievements pop but even with a another account the game doesn't give me achievements. I'll enjoy the game it's just a bit annoying about the achievements, but it's the game that counts and not the achievements.

Note that there is a survey in Section 3 of that post to fill out in case the steps in the first two sections don't result in the achievement working properly for you. Hope that helps!

I did the delete and 're add and I had to 're do the achievement I have done it and it has worked and given me the gamerscore thank you for the help 😁

Have you checked your profile on a computer to make sure that it is actually showing as unlocked on there?

yes it's says it's locked??
