xbox doesnt connect to wifi

My xbox one used to connect to wifi but for the past year it hasn't been able to. I've been using a cord for the past few months which is fine but is now impractical. I've tried calling xbox which wasn't helpful they said the router was to far away but is
literally 5 metres away. I've tried everything and today

it came up with a hardware error I've attached an image with the error if anyone can help that would be great.

(This is the second router it hasn't worked on both from seperate ISP's. Ive manually added the ports required for xbox and it still doesn't work)

Hi, sometimes also with lower distance like 5 meters, you must change the wifi channel in the router to another one more compatible, you must try different channels until you find a better one. You can get help using a wifi scanner app on your smartphone
to check how many wireless network you get (from your neighbor) and what channels they use, try to use a free (or less congestionated) one.

I can't wvenopen YouTube and whenitryto open a game it just straight up doesnt and says it's my wifi even though my wifi is connected according to the network connection test.

Oh regarding the wifi issue, I mean it will see my wifi and links to it but doesnt connect to the internet during the test my xbox live procedure. My smartphone has no trouble connecting and we are in same room. I am hoping maybe thats the xbox live issue
causing it somehow

If i assume you mean that you are on the 5Ghz wifi i would suggest that you try the 2.4Ghz wifi as the 5Ghz is faster but has less wifi Quality in my opinion.

Sadly the 2.4 Ghz doesnt pop up and my basic wifi doesnt connect at all, so im stuck on the 5Ghz, which is where i have the problems.

Well the only way you could possibly get your xbox online would be to bridge your internet connection on your laptop from ethernet to wifi so that the xbox can conenct wifi to that. It is obviously a limitation of the xbox console that doesnt allow you to
connect to services that require a logon from the device you are using.
