    xbox does not work

    i have a slim xbox 360 the halo 4 version i just got it about 3-4 hours ago and it worked perfectly after 20 minutes of use it started freezing and now when ever i turn it on it freezes instantly

    Is this a brand new copy or a pre owned copy? Are you able to use other Disc Based games on the console? Does the disc have any scratches or smudges on it at all?

    Oh ok yeah I tried it on a wired keyboard and mouse ok so it is the same with wireless keyboard and mouse

    I'm sorry to see any issues with creating a new account! Have you tried creating a new account on our website and then downloading it onto the Xbox 360? If you are running into errors on the console, this is the best way to circumvent those.
