Xbox does not turn on after verifying update

Hi,

My xbox one prompts for an update when I turn on.

The update runs successfully till verification. Once verification is complete, my xbox turns off and does not turn on at all. If I manually turn on the xbox, it turns off after a few seconds, I dont see anything on the screen, the power light glows for few
seconds and turns off. I leave it for a while and when I turn on again, the same cycle repeats.

Please help on this.

When i had this problem the tech team just kept telling me to factory reset (keep games). It didn't really work, but 2 days later i tried factory reset (keeping games) and it work. All i remembered was the tech team taking a lot of info from me, so i don't
know if the fixed it somehow. I know its not much of a fix but its an idea. Oh and i was on an OG xbox one.

Did you skip the update, go offline do a reset !?

So, even if you try to perform the offline update. The console doesn’t stay on, EASHL?
