    Does not start!

    Hello! I have a problem with the game Friday the 13th. The game produces "database login failure" errors, or no one connects, although the online is big. The problem for many. Please correct.

    light, this might get you sorted out.



    Please let me know how it goes! If it doesn't help out, please let me know which light is red, and which type of console you have (fat 360, S, or E console). From there, we can see what our next steps are. Xbox does not start :) I look forward to working with you!

    Thanks don't have a sky Landers thing but have tried the full reboot a couple of times, a delete and reinstall, even a reigon switch to no effect.

    Xbox turns on but does not start

    If the cooling fan isn't working properly then that may cause the console to shut down if it triggered an overheat condition. Here is the Support article for power on problems:

    If the console is in warranty then you should only do the recommended troubleshooting steps and if that fails then attempt a warranty repair.

    If the console is out of warranty, then you can Google "xbox one s powers on then off" for some alternative fix possibilities. Use at your own risk.
