    Xbox does not start or freezes


    Good morning,

    Today is a very sad day for me. My Xbox One does not seem to start, sometimes does after 10 - 30 mins after powering it on.

    I tried checking the standard limited warranty documentation on https://support.xbox.com/en-AU/my-account/warranty-and-service/console-kinect-warranty-row and page no longer exists or not available.

    I also tried logging a service ticket for the hardware not starting up and cannot do that either.

    Hopefully, I can get hold of technical services or if somebody else can point me in the right direction(I have already done all the troubleshooting, kept it up-to-date, cleared cache, factory reset, usb rebuild even deleted games).

    Does this freezing only happen if you are connected to the internet? If you disconnect it and start it up, does it freeze at all?

    Yes it's the only time it freezes. It does not start the download at all. When I click accept/start/etc the large window will appear as if I just selected the xbox button bit it will stay White And after a second it freezes.

    I've just formatted my Hardrive and still no luck

    I haven't been able to get my Xbox started all day. Does exactly what you mentioned. Starts up, says its signing in to my account, then just freezes.
