    Xbox does not recognise that I have xbox live gold.


    I bought a year xbox live membership last month and it worked fine for a while, but now when I try to access gold features (Such as accessing Overwatch) it claims I do not have xbox live gold. I have checked online and on my xbox, and it confirms I definitely
    have xbox live gold. Can anyone help??

    Just Got Live GOLD But..

    Hi

    I just got Xbox LIVE GOLD but my profile on the dashboard is showing as Xbox LIVE Free.

    Does it take a while for GOLD to be applied? Because under 'Manage Memberhsips' and on the Xbox website it's showing me as having LIVE Gold, but my Xbox profile doesn't seem to recognise that I have it?

    I have Gold subscription, WoT does not let me into multiplayer, ranked battles or team training

    I see "lock" icon to the left of those and I can only play Proving Grounds. My guess is that World of Tanks does not recognise my XBOX One Live Gold Subscription. Could you help? Thanks,

    Hello! Same issue here with our xbox live Gold year membership. We can not play Overwatch, neither other games online. But the console confirms we have the suspcription available. I don't know how to fix it. I re check every single detail and still doesn't
    work.

    Every time we try to play Overwatch appears a message to suscribe to Xbox Live....

    We are suscripted since may, 24th 2016, and never have a problem. This issue started yesterday.

    same problem here. I am still able to download the live gold free games, but cant play online.

    I still have an xbox 360 lol im broke cause i just moved out of home, anyway i just brought 12 months of xbox live GOLD and it is saying on my computer when signed in to my account that i have it but my xbox isnt regestering it. I'm trying to connect my
    devices but i had already conected my xbox and it has had repairs in that time, well only the heardive was replaced but it is still saying that it is in repairs and i dont know how to change it . Anybody know how to help ?

    Are you able to play other games without an issue? is it just Overwatch that's causing the issue or do all games have this problem.

    Let's have you try to remove your profile and then re-add it to the console to see if that helps.

    Impossible to remote Install Games on Xbox

    Hi there rolapinou,

    Does this happen when you also try and target installs from xbox.com i.e. xbox live gold games?

    Have you changed any network environment settings before it started to not recognise the xbox as a remote installation device.
