XBOX Does Not Listen!!! to Its Customers !!! Lack of Support, Lack of User Friendly , Lack of ...

1. Customers from XBOX 360 Lost friends ability they paid for with money on subscriptions they paid for, their time, their sweat blood and tears from their gamin experiences... stripped away from them by XBOX ONE platform ideologists, or poor gaming platform
design.

More often than not, the Customers have complained to XBOX to fix this issue, not going retro as much as being able to go forward and still give the players the option to upgrade to and with an xbox one... Meaning, Xbox one players should still be able
to play their xbox 360 games and with their xbox friends from xbox 360, those were stripped away after they upgraded and paid for them as well....

Downloaded games, stopped working and were paid for, some people like the space, but without being paired to the disk, they are being stripped from having access to play from their download without the disk. why pay for it twice? not cool xbox...

People on xbox 360 should be able to go to play with xbox one people who still have xbox 360 games on their xbox one, and update the xbox 360 game... and not the xbox 360 console owners to update anymore to the games on 360 unless they are an update for
packs and maps.... but for graphics and gaming xbox one experience.... they would still have to buy the xbox one to do so.

see how simple that would be. now im sure all the naysaying chiefs and not enough indians would not agree, but its not rocket science .it is fixable. and if you guys dont listen, you guys will lose far more customers to other gaming than would be getting
them to stay with xbox and continue to buy xbox products and xbox gaming and to go to xbox one... and from what I mentioned earlier, your company would have far more to gain, and keep more customers than what they are doing to spite their competition and
to lose a buck than save millions of gaming spending customers elsewhere.

I have a cracked disk that used to play on xbox 360 that i could play from the download game menu... now one has to go to the system, then hard drive menu to gaming downloads just to play the game... and it wont work now anymore.. fix the damn downloads
menu to where it should be accessible easily, user friendly,, why have it on the menu in about ten different places and none of them work... but in the last place found it usually works... bloated . get back to basics people... user friendly, customer friendly...
look out for our money we paid for , not just losing your profits , so we have to go elsewhere to be heard and have a fun great gaming experience... we as parents who do game with out kids do so, and my kid doesnt play as much anymore as he does on pc gaming...
now.

he has his friends and all the experience with less cost, and doesnt need all the service to support the gaming. we purchased over 5k in gaming on xbox 360 only to have it stripped from us with our friends we paid and spent time with to have it taken from
us by xbox... we paid for that. and that belongs to us, along with our games we cannot play on xbox one , nor our friends we made and paid with on memberships on xbox 360... same with out downloads that are paired up to the damaged disk we cannot access anymore.

we paid for our xbox products... to have access, and user friendly support and user friendly menu thats non bloated.. and have our benefits we paid for ! not to be taken from us that we earned and paid for.

Fix it Xbox... or we can sell our 1200 dollar xbox one with 6 games on ebay.

not only for you but also for halo is the lack of support and the disregard for its customers.

 

I also called friday and left my phone number, no call back happened.

 

we have two xbox 360s one for my twin girls and one for my son and his new xbox one he doesnt play anymore, due to lack of his friends not being able to play with and not being able to play his games he used to on xbox one. two reasons people leave xbox
gaming when xbox could easily fix that. rather than jump over a dollar to save a dime..long term customers you guys will lose xbox. out of fear of competition and lack of people changing to xbox one from xbox 360... poor planning on your part wont prevent
a bigger loss in the long run.

Xbox 360 games do not and cannot run on the Xbox One. It is not because Microsoft is just being mean, and it is not a simple fix. The 2 systems have completely different architectures and simply are not compatible. It is similar to how you can't run an
iPhone app on an Android phone or play an Xbox One game in a PS4. BTW, the PS4 is not backwards compatible with the PS3 either. To have true, complete backwards compatibility, the current generation console would have to include the key hardware components
from the previous generation(s). This is unwieldy and costly. There is some consideration on PS4 and rumored on Xbox One to make SOME previous generation games available by running their code on the original console hardware in the cloud and streaming just
the video and audio to the current generation console. This has its own set of problems and is, again, not simple.

 

Nah, the xbox one could run the xbox 360 games with an update is all... Nobody said microsoft is being mean... pffft.

the point is, they are worrying about getting more people to upgrade to the new xbox one is all...and not lose profits and still be competitive .

the iphone uses a different os. as does the rest of the non iphones that are smart phones use android... not the correct analogy... akissing doesnt help improve anything or trying to sound smart.

nobody said about going backwards... gotta read the article a lil closer. its not difficult .. as some ppl being difficult, this isnt about me, or xbox 360 and xbox one being incompatible. its about userfriendly and customer service and a good experience...

Sorry, you are incorrect. The Xbox 360 architecture is PowerPC-based. The Xbox One is x86-based. These are completely different with different instruction sets. The GPUs are also different between the two consoles. The OS is, in fact, different also.
The analogies were fine. You seem to think Microsoft is purposely withholding a simple "update" to support 360 games on the One out of "spite." This is simply not the case. If it were easy, it would be done, as it would only help sales of the One at this
point.

OP 360 games are not playable on the one as another XCA has stated the reason. They why before Mac OS went to 86x. It was hard to make dual OS games for WIN and MAC. Because you had to put two versions on diffrent part of the disk. Now both used same chips.
You can make one version of a gave that playable on both OS. But it cost more to do it. So they still put each OS version of the game on there on disc and in there owned box.

 

DarkPlayer, I think that you are making an appeal for a sales pitch/cop out.... excuses sound like , well, excuses. software update interface.. not an issue, DOWNLOADS ,, recognizable... were not talking Rocket Science without a basic work around.
