    XBOX does not care


    My xbox was syncing data for fallout 4 incredibly slow, so I thought if I called tech support they could help. After 2 hours on the phone, ALL of my saved games were deleted and the the network in my house was all *** up, causing problems for everyone. I
    spent $400 on the console, $60 on the game, and paid for a xbox live subscription. Xbox provided crappy servers that did not work, and then their technicians deleted all my games and ruined my internet. Now I have to call Comcast and pay them to undo what
    XBOX did. Buy playstation. Xbox does not work, nobody will help, and nobody there cares

    Oh I know that the thing is that this issue was upgraded according to them to the next tier in their support system. Now what wait until when? Now this has gone on for more than a month without resolution.
    Yiu have to.contwct support they are the only ones who can do anything about it

    first off where did you get it from? myself got it from GAME in the uk. i am asking this because if my xbox one went wrong i wouldnt go to microsoft id take it back where i got it and i know id get a brand new xbox one there and then. xbox ones are made
    on a line some can be faulty some can be fine id either take it back where u got it from or contact microsft tell them what you have told us ur besurprised my bro 360 once broke they gave him 12 months xbox live. microsoft do cre thats why they are bringing
    out all these updates etc

    While I have sympathy for you dilemma. I feel that compensation is not really deserved. You bought a product, it was faulty, there's always a chance of that with anything you buy. They will replace it. Be happy with that. Just my opinion.
