    Because I am getting a load of death threats from several people.

    The last one said that he is going to kill me and my entire family.

    I have been reporting these guys but it just does not stop.

    Do I have to goto thet police and tell them that Xbox seems to be encouraging this illegal activity?

    Whatever you are doing to receive death threats stop it

    You will never receive feedback for any of your reports

    To recieve them I killed them in a game that is called Vigor.

    That is the point of the game is it is a looter/shooter game.

    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear about what happened. One thing for sure is that the Xbox Enforcement team reviews all our feedback or reports. They may not be able to review it right away due to the volume of reports they receive each day but rest assured that if they found an evidence that a certain player violates the Xbox Community Standards, they will be given an enforcement action or suspension. So let's just wait and see in a matter of time.

    depends which game, most third party games servers are hosted and paid for by the devs/publisher of that game, Microsoft will get a report from you then have to pass this to the game company hosting said servers for them to investigate and check, if they say yes was exploiting then Microsoft can take action, if not then nothing will be done as Microsoft does not have access to the code or servers the games run on.

    Xbox Enforcement does not use the forums and the only way of communication is through the case review feature on the enforcement website. They do not have a contact number either.

    Since you mentioned that you are unable to make case review, there is nothing that can be done.

    If you don't want communication bans in future, please do not break the code of conduct and you will not banned anymore.
