Xbox displays a black screen after powering on.

Thanks for the reply. In reference to the troubleshooting step provided above by XBF Brad, is correct.

"Try and restart the console again. While it is off unplug it for two minutes. While it is unplugged reboot your network hardware. Try these out and let us know."

I would also like to remind you of the

I won’t “jump” on people if you don’t tell me what to do.

Is this generic advice being given to the millions and millions who also have this issue? My network is fine, or I wouldn't be responding right now. [Mod Removed - Violation]
